WHAT IS HOO MICRONEEDLING USED FOR?
HOO Microneedling s a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure which produces tiny punctures on the skin using a device called the dermapen or a dermaroller. The purpose of microneedling is to stimulate the skin's natural healing process and promote the production of collagen and elastin - two proteins that are essential for healthy, youthful-looking skin.WHAT HAPPENS DURING A HOO MICRONEEDLING TREATMENT?
Before we start the treatment, the skin is thoroughly cleansed and a numbing cream is applied to minimize discomfort. After 30 minutes a device with small needles is gently pressed or glided over the skin creating tiny punctures we can adjust the depth and speed of the needles depending on your skin type and concerns. Serums are solutions that contain lightening ingredients, growth factors or stem cells may be applied to enhance results.WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS FROM HOO MICRONEEDLING?
The results of microneedling can vary depending on the patient's skin type and concerns. Some patients may only require one treatment, while others may require multiple treatments to achieve longer lasting results. Improvement like smoothening and lightening of the skin and tightening of the pores may already be evident when the skin heals in about 7 to 14 days.DOES HOO MICRONEEDLING HAVE DOWNTIME?
Since a numbing cream is applied, the patient wouldn’t feel any pain during the procedure. You may notice mild redness for a few days but otherwise, there is very minimal to no downtime.
