HOO NO Sweat (Hyperhidrosis)

HOO NO Sweat is a neurotoxin injection that blocks the release of neurotransmitter acetylcholine which binds with the sweat gland to signal the release of sweat.

WHO IS A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR HOO NO SWEAT TREATMENT?

HOO NO Sweat is for patients with overactive sweating on the hands, feet, and underarms, that fails to improve with prescription antiperspirants.

HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR A HOO NO SWEAT TREATMENT?

Before a HOO NO Sweat treatment, avoid shaving the underarm 2-3 days prior to the treatment

IS THE HOO NO SWEAT PAINFUL?

A numbing cream is applied prior to the procedure to minimize the discomfort. For the hands and feet, a local anesthetic may be required.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A HOO NO SWEAT TREATMENT?

Each area will receive 25 intradermal injections that are spaced like a grid to cover the entire area. After the HOO NO Sweat treatment, patients may return to normal activities after the procedure. However, they may have some bruising or tenderness on the treatment area for a day or so. 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?

Results will become evident in 2-6 weeks. There is more than 90% reduction in the amount of sweat after undergoing the treatment. 

HOW LONG WILL HOO NO SWEAT RESULTS LAST?

HOO NO Sweat results last for 4-6 months, less if done on the hands and feet.
