HOO VI Peel Purify is a multi-faceted treatment that addresses the different symptoms of acne, from dead skin cells and excessive oiliness to clogged pores and all types of blemishes. This treatment helps smoothen skin texture and lessen acne breakouts.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A HOO VI PEEL TREATMENT?

HOO VI Peels treatment typically takes up to 30 minutes to apply and is generally painless. Our board-certified dermatologist will apply the HOO VI Peel in two layers. When the first layer is applied, there may be numbness or a tingling sensation.  You can expect your skin to peel three days after the procedure.

CAN I GET A HOO VI PEEL WHILE PREGNANT?

Getting a HOO VI Peel while pregnant or breastfeeding is not recommended because of the lack of research on the effects of chemical peels containing TCA and salicylic acid on pregnant women.

IS HOO VI PEEL A TAKE HOME PEEL OR AN IN-CLINIC PROCEDURE?

HOO VI Peel is an in-clinic procedure performed by a board-certified dermatologist. It is important to remember that HOO VI Peel is a medical-grade chemical peel that can only be performed by trained and licensed professionals. Do not try this at home.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A HOO VI PEEL PROCEDURE?

You will get specific aftercare instructions from our board-certified dermatologist. It is important not to apply any product or wash your face for 4 to 6 hours after the procedure. Only use a mild cleanser and moisturizer for up to 1 week. Make sure to protect your treated area with sunscreen and lessen sun exposure to avoid damage to post-procedure skin.

ARE HOO VI PEEL RESULTS PERMANENT?

Results vary per individual. Our skin will continue to age and certain skin conditions may arise depending on our lifestyle and genetic predisposition. To maintain the results of HOO VI Peel, it is advisable to repeat the treatment every 4 to 6 weeks.
